BoP plays an important interactive role with its
community. Firmly believing in its social commitment within
the community, BoP supported various projects throughout the
country. It strongly believes in investing in programs that
serve the public and promotes community welfare. It has been
the Bank of Palestine's policy over the years to support the
local community with various donations and building projects.
The various projects donated by the bank are the following:
* Building and furnishing the
holy family school library in Gaza.
* Building the cardiology department in the Dar Al Shifa'a
hospital.
* Special fund for orphans care.
* Building the second floor of Gaza orphanage.
* Building an elementary and preliminary school in Gaza.
Bank of Palestine takes pride in
organizing and sponsoring such community programs and will
strive continuously to provide the support that will benefit
the Palestinian society as a whole.
