BOP donates USD 50,000 of the national campaign to support the residents of Nahr El-Bared refugee camp

BOP donated USD 50,000 of the national campaign to support the

residents of Nahr El-Bared refugee camp through the bank's social responsibility twards our people.

Mr. Shawa , Bank of Palestine General Manger, delivered a certified cheque of USD 50,000 to Dr. Khaled Alqwasma the National Campaign General Manger to support the residents of Nahr El-Bared refugee camp in the bank Head Office in Rammallah City .

Mr. Shawa said that BOP is the first national bank that has its own national responsibility to support our people of Nahr El-Bared refugee camp, and we reacted from the beginning of launching the campaign through opening accounts in the bank for collecting donations from the people across the branches and sub-branches the widespread in Palestine .

Mr. Qwasma thanked Bank of Palestine General Manger, and Vice Chairman in particular, and to the General Management in general for this generous donation.

Mr. Shawa confirmed that this donation is regarded as one of the big donations that presented to the campaign which refers to the distinguished role that the bank looking at the Palestinian unity. He added that the bank will deliver these donations through mechanism that has been established by auditor's office to handle it as soon as possible .

Mr. Shawa demanded that all the institutions should follow BOP and participating to donate to put an end to our people in Nahr El-Bared refugee camp referring that donations gate is still open.
