BoP Training Division.. a New division added to General Management

BANK OF PALESTINE Ltd. has recently established a state-of-the-art training center specialized in increasing and developing the skill, knowledge and professional behavior of our staff. It will also provide our new employees with the necessary orientation and training.

BoP Training Center’s plan includes a variety of extensive programs to train all our staff members to meet today’s requirements. The center provides in-house courses, and offers advise on training courses outside Palestine.

BoP management focuses on its staff’s professional training to sustain a key competitive advantage essential for business growth; accordingly, it consistently provides BoP’s Training Center with multifaceted support, to maintain a learning environment that encourages initiative and drives continuous improvement in performance.
