The Palestinian Capital Market Authority granted AL WASATA SECURITIES LTD. on 20th August 2006 licence to start financial activities according to the rules and regulations stipulated by the authority.

The licence was given to AL WASATA SECURITIES LTD after fulfilling the requirements of the Capital Market Authority.

The company is scheduled to start operations before the end of this year.

The company.s Head Office will be located at the Bank of Palestine Ltd building in Gaza.

It is to be noted that the Bank of Palestine Ltd. owns 77.5% of the new company capital.
