Year 2005 profits to be disbursed as free shares among BoP share holders

Dr. Hani Shawa, Chairman and General Manager announced that the board of directors decided to distribute the 2005 profits as free shares among BoP share holders according to the percentage of their ownership of the capital. This will amount to one free share for every 2.5 shares owned.

This decision will be conveyed to the General Assembly meeting which will take place next April 2006.
